Intervener (non-customer) Privacy Policy

1. Metrovacesa, S.A. (hereinafter, METROVACESA) informs you that the personal data provided as a non-buyer participant will be processed in accordance with the Regulations on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism and for compliance therewith, so that the provision of such data has its origin in a legal obligation. The data will be kept for a minimum period of ten years, as required by the aforementioned Regulations, and may only be provided to the competent public administrations if so required or necessary for compliance with the Regulations, to suppliers of mandatory consultation lists and external experts who have to review the system for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing of METROVACESA, S.A.
2. You guarantee that the data provided are true, accurate, complete and updated, being responsible for any damage or prejudice, direct or indirect, that could be caused as a result of the breach of such obligation.
3. In the event that the data provided belonged to a third party, you guarantee that you have informed said third party of the aspects contained in this Policy and obtained their authorization to provide their data to METROVACESA for the aforementioned purposes.
4. When personal data are collected through the form, it will be necessary that you provide at least those marked as mandatory, since, if these data considered necessary are not provided, METROVACESA will not be able to fulfill the purposes indicated.
5. To exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and portability with respect to your personal data, or to request further information, you may contact our Data Protection Officer by sending a letter with the reference “Data Protection” to C/ Puerto de Somport, nº23, 28050 (Madrid) or to privacidad@metrovacesa.com.
6. In any case, a complaint may be filed with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
