Valencia, March 31, 2026. Metrovacesa, a real estate developer with more than one hundred years of history, has completed the construction of Residencial Nova Urbe, a new building located in one of the main avenues of Valencia, at the junction of Avenida de la Constitución and Agustín Lara Street.
With a total investment of 11.35 million euros, the project is part of the growing demand for contemporary housing in the urban center of the city, where the renovation of the residential park and the proximity to public and private services place this area among those of greatest interest to residents and buyers.
The building houses 50 apartments with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, all of them with large terraces, as well as parking space and storage room included. The complex has been conceived to offer comfort and functionality in a metropolitan context and has common areas that include a children’s playground, bicycle parking and a social clubhouse, designed to encourage coexistence and shared use of the spaces.
“The completion of Residencial Nova Urbe is an example of the momentum that new construction is experiencing in Valencia, especially in segments that combine current design and consolidated urban location,” says Santiago Domingo Lliso, Development Manager of Metrovacesa’s Levante branch.
The location of the residential complex allows walking access to a wide range of educational, health and commercial services, as well as to a public transportation network that efficiently connects with the rest of the city.
In recent years, this area of the Valencian capital has concentrated various urban renewal initiatives and new residential developments, boosting construction activity and expanding the supply of housing for those seeking to live near Valencia’s main employment and leisure areas.
